Lack of instructions

The company has replied to this question without actually answering it? Does the L and R go near the toes or the ankle?

Hi, Sorry to hear of your experience with us wasn't the greatest.

However, the product is the same size at all angles placed. so it won't matter which way you should wear the spandex.

Lack of Instructions

Purchased these recently and frustrating that there are no instructions included in regards to the orientation of the sleeve. Should the L/R indicator be positioned towards the top of the door or towards the toes? Clearly the gel pad is contoured to fit the base of the foot in a certain way to get maximum benefit, but it’s left to the buyer to work this out.
